The Learning Community is a vibrant public school serving children and families from Central Falls, Providence and Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The Learning Community is a high poverty, high performing urban school, and we have the strongest family engagement of any school in the state. We are a K-8 school and we currently serve over 400 students in grades K-6. We will grow to serve the dreams of over 500 children each year.

This work fulfills our bold mission: At The Learning Community, we believe that literacy empowers each individual to have a voice, assume community responsibility and take social action. We expect leadership at every level. We grow teacher leaders, student leaders and community leaders.
